Like you we are golf lovers and probably golf addicts. Like every real golfer we are always looking for the next advantage to improve our games, lower our scores and improve our handicaps. We live for that moment when we hit an effortless shot, feel the pure contact and hear the crack of a well struck ball. We watch the ball flight trace out the perfect trajectory with more distance landing on target. The one shot that can make our day on the course. Longer straighter golf shots!
The golf swing is the most complicated, difficult movement in any sport. It is an athletic movement that can be very challenging to master and execute consistently. As with any endeavour in life quite often the best solution is the simplest and easiest to implement.
We are here to help everyone improve their swings and have more fun at the game we all love. As an athlete one of the quickest paths to improvement is to increase flexibility. Think about your swing. More flexibility equals better form throughout your swing, a bigger swing arc, more club head speed at the ball and more distance with better accuracy.
Thats what we are here to help you with – be flexible – be a better golfer with longer straighter shots!
